Mission Statement:
Batata Baked Potatoes is a cheery yellow food cart
that will be floating around Portland and surrounding
areas this summer offering freshly baked organic
potatoes loaded with local produce and house-made
sauces to event and festival goers. You may
recognize the cart and Katie, the owner-operator,
from our launch on SE 33rd and Hawthorne this
spring. Hawthorne is a great neighborhood and we
had a lot of fun!
Thanks to everyone who came by :) and we
hope to see you again soon - but when the
travel-bug hit this summer it could not be
ignored! Our schedule of summer events
will be updated on this page, Facebook and
Twitter but for anyone who can't make it out
of town don't worry! We plan to return this
Fall to a full time position in Portland that
is yet to be decided. Our menu remains
Omnivore, Vegetarian, Vegan and Earth
friendly. We serve Sweet Potatoes too! For more
